I met with the Secondary Education Dept Head today, to discuss licensure in my state for public teaching.

Apparently, I currently qualify for provisional hiring, and would only need a few courses and tests to get my complete license.

This warrants joy like no one else knows. Honestly.

Because it means I have an honest shot at the position in the middle school for which I’m interviewing tomorrow.

If you have fingers and you don’t mind crossing them, I’d be much obliged.
